Job Search Training: This customized program targets key skills for conducting a successful search for a range of jobs within the identified employment goal. As part of hands-on, 1:1 training, a vocational specialist instructs each client in using employment resources within his/her own community. Clients are provided with unique training portfolios, which include job search documents and cover a comprehensive set of job search topics.

Job Placement (Unpaid Work Experience/Paid Employment): This customized service involves dedicated job searching and development on the client’s behalf, using an interactive model that encourages client participation. The vocational specialist conducts systematic outreach with community partners, in order to meet individual client needs. A creative approach expands placement opportunities by exploring a range of options within the identified employment goal.

⁺Experienced Job Coaches also are available for clients who require on-site assistance during job training periods.
